Anna Chin（金姵汝）來自台北，為一個探戈舞者、老師、以及探戈活動主辦人。從小學習花式溜冰、跆拳道、爵士舞、以及國標舞等，於2009年開始接觸探戈，於2010年開始與劉心岳共同主辦其創辦的台北國際探戈節。曾受邀到日本授課，及日本、韓國、中國大陸、香港、新加坡、 印尼等各亞洲城市、以及阿根廷著名舞會「La Baldosa」演出。
Anna Chin is a tango dancer, teacher, and organizer of Argentine Tango. She grew up doing figure skating and Taekwondo, then started dancing Jazz and Ballroom when she was 18 years old. In 2009, she started dancing Argentine Tango and fell in love with it. In 2010, she started organizing Taipei Tango Festival with Daniel Liu. She has been invited to teach and perform in Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Indonesia. She was also invited to perform in the famous milonga "La Baldosa" in Buenos Aires.

A private lesson student
While I was on a short stay in Taipei, I thought it a good idea to brush up about my long forgotten tango skills by taking some private lessions. Therefore I got in contact with Anna Chin from Tanguissimo, and it turned out to be beyond my expectations.
Anna is not only a professional dancer but also a highly skilled and motivated teacher, a combination that is not easy to find. I worked with Anna for 10 hours only, but she was able to discover where my technique was weak, and she could improve it considerably. She taught me patiently and passionately how to dance, so that I can recommend her to anybody who want to learn tango.

First of all, I felt comfortable in all lessons because Anna was always smile and tried to enjoy tango with all together.
When we practiced motions one by one, she let us touch her body and feel her movements. So it is more easier for me to understand how to use my body. Besides when I could not do well, she advised me accurately. I spent very good time with her.
Also, even though I could not comunicate in English, I got a connection with heart each other, And she understood what I wanted to say. I did not feel the wall of words.
After her workshops, I practice Ocho with her method, i feel it is becoming more stable !!!!!

A private lesson student
I live in LA, California, USA. I visited my mom in Taipei for her birthday and Mother’s Day in May, 2018. Since I had some free time left besides visiting friends/relatives, eating good foods and shopping for goods in Taipei, I decided to take some private Argentine Tango lessons to improve my skills. I decided to learn from a wonderful and beautiful dancer--Anna Chin, after I searched and reviewed many YouTube videos of few famous Argentine tango teachers/dancers in Taipei. It turned out to be a very good decision.
During those 10 private lessons, Anna was able to re-polish all the steps I know, and also added in few more variations to each step to make it more fun and advanced. It was like a comprehensive Tango class. We went through the basic walking, 8 steps, front/back ochos, to more complicate front/back boleros, planeos, sacada, barrida and etc. Anna was able to fine-tune and improve each of my steps and told me where to pay attention. I had taken few private lessons from 3 different teachers in LA before, I think I learned and improved much more “details” in each step from Anna than the other teachers. If you are an experienced dancer, you know how important those "details" are. The differences between good and average dancers are those “details”. Therefore, I highly recommend Anna to anyone who wants to improve his/her Tango techniques. It is absolutely worth it!!!
